4. Deposits & Cancellations

Certain reservations, including weddings, proms, and specialty events, require a non-refundable deposit to secure the requested vehicle and date. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases specifically stated in your signed contract.

Promotional and event-specific deposits may vary and will be communicated during booking.

Cancellation deadlines and applicable fees depend on the service type and reservation details provided at booking.

5. Conduct in Vehicles

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited in all Prestige Limo vehicles.

Alcohol consumption is permitted only when all passengers meet legal age requirements and local laws allow such activity.

Passenger safety must be maintained at all times, including remaining seated when required and following chauffeur instructions.

The reserving client accepts responsibility for any vehicle damage, excessive cleaning requirements, or misconduct caused by members of their party.

6. Prom & Homecoming Services

All school-related transportation services may require parent or guardian authorization, emergency contact information, and signed agreements prior to service.

Alcohol and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden for all student transportation services.

Additional safety procedures may apply and will be communicated prior to the event.

Our chauffeurs are trained professionals committed to safety, and we treat all passengers as if they were our own family.

7. Airport Transportation

Airport transportation services include flight monitoring, schedule adjustments when possible, and professional pickup coordination.

Please do not leave the airport or attempt to locate your chauffeur by walking around; the driver will connect with you after your call.

Meet-and-greet and inside-terminal pickup services may be available for an additional charge.

Airport-specific pickup procedures will be provided before travel.

8. Service Limitations & Liability

Prestige Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather events, airline schedule changes, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Personal belongings left in vehicles remain the responsibility of the passenger.

While every effort is made to provide punctual service, exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to external factors.
